We will visit a 12th century Catalan farmhouse dedicated to the production and marketing of premium olive oil. The visit will begin with a brief introduction about the history of the farmhouse, given by the owners.
Afterwards, we will visit the olive field to understand the process of growing and harvesting olives.
We will continue inside the house, where the adventure truly begins: an oil tasting and a gastronomic lunch of tapas.
